Our Hiit class is an amazing up tempo, energy filled experience! This class will bring your fitness level to new heights so that you feel better and achieve any goals you have. We mix fast-paced cardiovascular exercise with short recovery periods to help you get healthy and fit! We will be with you every step of the way with the guidance from our amazing trainers!

Speed & Agility

Train with the best coaches in the area! Speed and agility is essential for all athletes to become the best versions of themselves. This class will help you reach elite levels of performance from the little league level, up through pros. We have an amazing facility with top notch equipment that will help elevate you to the next level of athlete.

Open Gym

Looking for a clean, less crowded, well-equipped facility to do your own thing? Our Access Membership is for you. Whether you want to walk on a treadmill, lift heavy weight, or try something new, we have you covered . No long-term contracts, no silly fees. Must check in before you enter the fitness center.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 7am-8pm

Tuesday, Thursday: 7am-11am, 3pm-8pm

Saturday: 9am-4pm

Sunday: 10am – 2pm

We range from one on one personal training and if you want to workout with a friend, we offer small group personal training as well. Our Personal Trainers have been in the fitness industry for 6+ years and have an abundance of different fitness experiences and athletic ability.
